Affordable Solar Group, LLC — Community Solar Program

SMS Program Overview

Solscribe, operated by Affordable Solar Group, LLC, sends SMS text messages to enrolled community solar subscribers in New Mexico. Messages include:

  • Enrollment confirmations
  • Monthly bill credit notifications
  • Account and subscription updates
  • Payment reminders and receipts
  • Service and maintenance alerts

How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from Solscribe by providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during enrollment at solscribenm.com.

Consent checkbox language shown during enrollment: "I agree to receive SMS text messages from Solscribe (Affordable Solar Group, LLC) about my community solar subscription, bill credits, account updates, and program information. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

You may also opt in at any time by texting START to our messaging number.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can enroll in community solar without opting in to SMS notifications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Typically you will receive 1–4 messages per month, including your monthly bill credit notification and any relevant account updates.

Enrollment Confirmation

"Solscribe: Welcome to community solar! Your enrollment with Affordable Solar Group is confirmed. You'll get monthly bill credit alerts here. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Msg&data rates may apply."

Monthly Bill Credit

"Solscribe: Your bill credit for [Month] is $[Amount] and has been applied to your [Utility] account. Questions? Call (505) 944-4220. Reply STOP to opt out."

Account Update

"Solscribe: Your subscription has been updated. Log in at solscribenm.com/account to review your account details. Reply STOP to opt out."

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Solscribe. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Solscribe unless you opt back in.

Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel your community solar subscription. To cancel your subscription, contact us at (505) 944-4220 or [email protected].

Costs & Carrier Disclaimer

Message and data rates may apply. Solscribe does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major U.S. carriers. Solscribe is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent information are used solely to send you messages related to your Solscribe community solar subscription. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by sending you an SMS message or by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued receipt of SMS messages after the effective date of the updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
